Assigned data collection

Approved field agents can label photos by crop and class, propose a missing class, and choose sync now or save for later.

Review before training

Synced scans and field-agent samples are stored as unreviewed. Field submissions stay quarantined until an authorized quality and label review decides whether they are suitable for future model work. They are not added to training automatically.
